6 Reasons Why You Need a Digital Media Strategy

Everyone needs a digital media strategy, and not for the reasons you may expect. In fact, if you think digital strategies are just promotional, think again.

V vordert toegang tot de woning, bepaling door X van de definitieve koopprijs, veroordeling van M tot medewerking aan het passeren van het transport en dat dit vonnis zo nodig in de plaats zal treden van de leveringsakte. De voorzieningenrechter overweegt dat de ontstane impasse dient te worden doorbroken. Van V hoeft niet te worden gevergd dat zij in een onverdeelde boedel blijft. De waarde van de woning loopt intussen terug. Nu de verhouding tussen M en V wordt beheerst door de redelijkheid en billijkheid dient M mee te werken aan (redelijke maatregelen) tot opheffing van de verkoopbelemmeringen en dient hij X en kijkers toegang tot de woning te verschaffen. De rechter wijst de vordering tot medewerking door M aan de toegang tot de woning door kijkers en X toe en oordeelt dat het – gezien de omstandigheden – redelijk is dat de vraagprijs verlaagd wordt tot € 134.000.
